The Northland Church of Christ Child Care provides learning experiences with Christian emphasis. Biblical teachings as well as academic lessons are part of the daily schedule. Children from 6 weeks old through 5 years old attend. Christian based curriculums are used in the pre-school classes and workbooks are provided. The child care is open all year from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Our rates are very reasonable and Title XX is accepted. We have experienced and caring teachers. Nearly half of our staff has been with us for over ten years. Parent visits are welcomed.
Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Ages: Infants six weeks old through pre-school age (five years old)
History: The child care center was established by Northland Church of Christ in July of 1987.
Licensing: The child care center is licensed by the state of Ohio Job and Family Services.
Academic Emphasis: Kindergarten readiness, language, music, art, science, gross motor and fine motor activities.
Christian Emphasis: Beginning concepts about God and the Bible are taught on a daily basis with a practical application of Christian principles.
Meals: Lunches are provided for children aged one year and older. Infant formula and/or food will be provided for babies or parents may provide their own.
Snacks: The child care center provides a nutritional morning and afternoon snack.
Registration: Any student registering for our child care program will be charged a non-refundable registration fee of $75 for the oldest child and $50 for each sibling. (Does not apply to students with Title XX.)
